Love, love, love! They finally quit over peppering the steak and they're yummy now. Just recommend a mild melt on the cheese instead of the high heat disappearing cheese they do now. Highly recommended!😊

For fast business this is delicious. Got the Zeus, so good. I don’t live in the area but I’d come by again next time thru for sure.

*DELIVERY SERVICE DRIVERS*-pass this one up, but only this Italian Place. They’ll have you wait in line for your pick up, which isn’t how it works!Italian place has great sandwiches, however. Just don’t expect to feel welcomed at this location.

Ordered online, the wait time was very long. When I picked up the order the worker there said a derogatory comment about the fact I was wearing a mask, while none of the employees or customers inside were wearing one. This will be my only and pay visit to this place

Best food in the county. This place is one of our favorite date night places to eat. The restaurant is always clean and fast and very friendly!!! I highly recommended eating here.

Ate there yesterday, it had been a few months since last time I ate here. I must say I was still impressed. Great sandwich, with just the right amount of flavor. Next time I go, I'm going to ask and see if they are able to toast the buns prior. That may really help give it that added texture & crisp. You can't go wrong with the sandwiches or salads if you like beef.

They have the best Philly Cheese sandwiches. Tonight I decided to try the salad and it did not disappoint! I also enjoy watching a game on the TV while sitting in a relaxed atmosphere.

I think they may have forgotten the cheese on my steak and everything sandwich. The sandwich was SUPER dry. Not very impressed.

Didn't answer the phone all of Friday night trying to get a take out order, tried again Saturday afternoon. First was hung up on, then the second time I was snapped at and felt so unwelcome! On top of other things, I had said just one second while I pulled up the menu, was told don't call back again until I was ready to order. Which we were, just was getting the sandwich names again.

The food was just like I remembered it from when it first opened in Provo in 1973. I didn't appreciate that one of the food handlers had a foot long beard. This might be a deal breaker for me! It's much to unsanitary for my liking! (The Steak and everything was great! With or without beard hair)

Got to get their steak and cheese! I always get an extra helping of cheese. The location is clean, friendly staff, great food selection, as sandwiches go. Love their food.

The quality of food just isn't that good. It's not horrible, but there are a lot of better places to eat. My cheese steak sandwich left a lot to be desired and that is supposedly their specialty.

I think they've gone downhill as far as their service is concerned. I felt like an inconvenience to the two people who were working. One of the fellows actually sneered at me (was it because I was wearing a mask?) Paid 25 dollars for 2 sandwiches. That's quite a bit of money to pay without even as much as a "thank you".

It's really good, but I don't give it 5 stars because they're not the most friendly there. Tonight they handed me my sandwiches and there's no thank you, come again. No smile. Most of the time it's that way. I go often because it's good. They just need to step up on their customer service skills.

Wow shawn is amazing and his food is one of my top 3 favorites. Restaurant and bathroom were very clean. Customer service was outstanding and his sandwiches are so good. I give him a 10 star review! It's that good. Keep up the great work. You have mine and several other friends and family business for life.

My 3/4 salad was great and had lots of meat on it. My husband's full size sandwich had about a quarter of the amount of meat as my salad. We've enjoyed this place in the past but most likely won't go back. If we do go back, we'll only order salads.

Since I can remember, the Italian place has been a favorite in my family. Anytime my siblings come to town, they want Italian place, the Spanish fork location is by far the best, the manager Shawn and his crew, they are all so friendly, they work hard and they are personable. It is very well managed, tables and floors are clean. The food is out of this world. It is such a treat to savor every bit of these tasty sandwiches, loaded with everything. Thank you for making the best sandwiches on the planet.

Steak and Everything! When I was 10 years old I hated this place... that being said, my palate has matured quite a lot since then, and I love The Italian Place. I have only ever tried the Steak and Everything sandwich and there is a reason; it is delicious. The steak is peppered perfectly, and it comes with melted cheese, onions, peppers, so good. If you can eat a lot (like me) order a full sandwich, but they are also big enough to share with someone. The bread isn’t too thick, and you get an overall really good flavor. I haven’t heard anything bad about anything on the menu, but if you go and want to try something amazing, go with the steak and everything! (Good without the onions too if you aren’t a fan)

I have enjoyed The Italian Place menu since I attended BYU in the early 1970’s. I was so excited when The Italian Place opened in Spanish Fork. I have always had a good experience there. The service is very friendly and engaging. The food is fresh, hot and delicious-just as I remembered. This is a must have stop when traveling through our beautiful city. If you live here, take advantage of this local gem!

Best cheese steak I've ever had, pretty sure since I've started eating here a few months ago I've gained about 8lbs from just the Thor.

Food here is unbelievably good! To be completely honest though I only ever order the Philly N Everything with only mushrooms. It's a bit on the pricey side, but the monster sandwich size can easily last two or more meals.

Good food and great customer service. Sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Place could really use an update/painting/cleaning though.

The cheese steak I got was not very good. It seemed really basic. I have gotten better sandwiches at Subway.

Food it's good but they need to update their website because their prices aren't the same which is why I gave them 2 stars. I didn't demand the web prices but it made me not want to go there in the future

Bang for your buck. These sandwiches are loaded with meat! side salad w blue cheese was 👌. The monster is definitely two meals worth of sandwich. They had a family platter for $45 looked like a killer deal

The place looks nice and the food is okay. It’s pretty pricey but it matches the product. The service is mediocre at best. I went on a Friday night and they didn’t have their full menu available. Luckily I got what I wanted to try but I wanted to try more than just the sandwiches.

I used to like their sandwiches, but I will never go there again. My 16 yo son worked there and the owner was always mean and abusive to the employees, but his last night there, he couldn't find any cheetos in the back, and the owner (Shawn) flipped out and yelled the f word at him in front of about 12 other customers and employees. He's apparently got issues.

I've lived in Spanish Fork for a while and I'd never heard of this place. I can't believe I haven't because it was some of the best food I've ever had. Definitely a restaurant you should check out if you've never been

Not awful, good prices. We came as a quick date night for our anniversary, and sadly they were completely out of every cheesecake. So that was disappointing. I ordered a garden salad with no tomatoes which was a good size, but all that was on it afterward was cheese and tortilla strips. I wish there were more vegetable options like cucumbers, olives, etc. (It IS a garden salad...) as well as dressing options. The only vinaigrette they had was onion vinaigrette. I was hoping they'd have italian dressing. My husband ordered the Zeus sandwich and liked it but felt that the meat was dry. Overall, I would recommend this place because the atmosphere is comfortable, and the customer service was friendly.

This places has great sandwiches! I would say that I enjoy it more as someone who enjoys meat. Vegans beware! Great spot for a quick lunch! I did try to eat in the car once which was a mistake due to the goodness falling out all over! My favorite is the Zeus and I would reccomend to all.

As someone who grew up in the restaurant biz, I am always extremely impressed with the service and quality of food here. Everything here is SO good! When you order a steak salad or sandwich it is loaded with perfectly seasoned steak! Which beats going to other places that give you a tiny spoonful of meat. All of their menu items are loaded with flavor. In fact, I will bet you will never taste a better steak sandwich anywhere. Seriously mouthwatering flavor. What's even better is that everything is always made FRESH. I'm telling you, it is worth every penny, and every minute. You can count on the place to be clean and professional. And even homey. I love, love, love it.

My first time eating here. The sandwiches are far better than any burger at the nearby places. The flavor is incredible and the portion size will fill you up. Service was quick and courteous. The gentleman at the counter was patient with as we decided. Definitely going back whenever we eat in Spanish Fork!

Drove in from California for a visit back home to SLC & stopped here on the way after getting gas. The First bite has me coming back now on every road trip back home!! The Philly is the dealllly 😋

Not only did I get the best sandwich I have had in a long time but their staff is AMAZING!! We ended up going back the next night we were so impressed and the cute girl recognized us and made us feel so welcome.

Love everything, They serve steak and everything sandwiches.phillysteak, ham and turkey on like 10 inch fresh buns. Salads are excellent and they have combo meal deals and a childs menu. Take out is available, but the inside dining is nice with a TV to watch
